Olemme kesällä olleet paljon Nastolassa ja enpä ole aikaisemmin liiemmin näyttänyt kuvia itse talon sisältä. Talo on vanha hirsirakennus vuodelta 1880 ja on sopivasti kummun päällä, jolloin sadevedet virtaavat talosta poispäin. Mitään salaojia ei ole ja talon oltua vuosia tyhjillään, olisivat vesi- ja routavauriot varmasti tehneet tuhoja. Onneksi silloin 1800-luvulla on osattu katsoa talonpaikat oikein,
ja toinen pelastus tässä on ollut, että katto on ollut ehjä.
